  1. Couch to 5K
    12-week program to get you off the couch to walking or running or run/walk for beginners or runners who are coming back after a lengthy absence from running. $99 includes consultation, evaluation, weekly communications and training updates as needed.
  2. Month to Month
    This is a program to keep you running and fit. I will give you creative workouts to increase your endurance and keep running fun. Price: $50/month
  3. Race Specific
    12-20 week training program customized to your race. Whether this is your first race or a race to Boston Qualify, tailored to meet your goal. Pricing: 12-week program - $90 16-week program - $120 18-week program - $150 20-week program - $170
